We are a well-coordinated team of engineers and structural designers specializing in the design and calculation of original load-bearing structures of buildings. In the fields of industry and mechanical engineering, we also design parts and specific functional elements.

We design using the most modern technologies in both 3D and BIM. We always design structures with economy, aesthetics and buildability in mind. In doing so, we strive to contribute to the development of building culture and architecture, both at home and around the world.

We speak several world languages and routinely deliver projects in German, English or Swedish

We use professional software in our work: Scia Engineer, Allplan Engineering, Tekla, Parabuild, BricsCAD, Recoc, Idea Statica, GEO 5, Harzer Statik and others.

We have equipment for diagnostics and reinforcement detection: Profometer PM800, Schmidt hammer ADA 225 – Type N, Kučera drill, laser leveling instrument, thickness gauge, etc.

Radim Stloukal graduated in Construction Management and Structures and Transport Structures at Brno University of Technology. During his studies, he completed a study stay in Sweden and an internship at the renowned firm Schlaich Bergermann und Partner in Stuttgart, Germany, where the first vision of designing demanding structures under his own name was born.

After completing his studies, he continued his professional career on the construction of several bridges as part of the PPP motorway project BAB 7 AS BOCKENEM – AS GÖTTINGEN, as an employee of the consortium Stavby mostů Praha and Eurovia. He then briefly worked at a design office in Vienna, but with the arrival of the global pandemic and the expectation of his son, he started his own business and returned to Brno.

In 2020, he obtained authorization in the field of Structural Analysis and Dynamics (ČKAIT 1007222), and thanks to growing demand, the design office STENG Brno s.r.o. was soon founded on this basis. With that, the company’s base moved from the comfort of home to offices in Řečkovice.

Thanks to the hard work and passion of his colleagues, the company has managed to establish itself on the Czech market and continuously expand its expertise abroad. The office constantly invests in new equipment and innovation, placing it among the very best.
